  
The BAR Adapter allows you to carry bikes with sloping top tubes or children's bikes. The telescopic bar allows fitting to multiple bike sizes. The adapter now comes complete with an extra vinyl hanger, for use with no rise stems. These are typically found on bikes such as Cannondale.
